This newly remodeled kitchen was part of the Wood Wise feature home on the 2018 Remodelers Home Tour. The homeowners’ goal was to improve their kitchen layout and open up to connect the family room on the back of the house to the dining room on the front. Walls came down and layout options were considered. The winning plan features two large islands with seating for 6. White KraftMaid cabinets, white granite countertops and plenty of recessed lights make this kitchen bright even though it is an interior space. Creative storage abounds while the convection/microwave and oven are neatly tucked in one of the islands. The homeowners are delighted. This kitchen does it all.
