  4. Present final set of plans
  5. Fixed price contract

Project Mgt. Construction

  1. Apply for permit
  2. Preconstruction meeting
  3. Site protection & tear out
  4. Framing and structural
  5. “Rough-in” phase: electrical, plumbing and HVAC
  6. Drywall, trim and painting
  7. Cabinets, countertops and finishes
  8. Final electrical, plumbing and HVAC
  9. Substantial completion

Follow-Up

  1. One-year warranty
  2. 11-month check-in
