Taking out the wall cabinets that separated the breakfast nook and kitchen instantly expanded the feel of the room. Instead of trying to tie in to the existing oak floors in the adjoining room they chose green bamboo to give a fresh look to their great kitchen. Glass doors replace a window and old door making for good traffic flow to the new screened-in porch.
